Take 30 minutes to an hour out of your day, away from any screens. Journey out into the world and collect any material that has been provided from nature itself. Make a piece of art from what you have gathered, take a deep breath - and enjoy it for it's simplicity, beauty, and temporary existence. This act provides a sense of purpose, a connection to the world, and a feeling of accomplishment that can possibly carry you through some of the hardest moments.
