It is easy to forget that troubles are just another cycle of life. As with all existence within a life cycle, they too shall pass.

at times, it seems like it's all ya got, but hang on to it, it'll get yeh through. BTW - we finally got to see "Who the %$#@ is Jack Pollack?" - incredible how much the silly "experts" will cling on to their ego's to maintain being "right".
