New Graffiti Tactics, Same Graffiti Culture

Big City officials have developed many tactics over the years to prevent graffiti. But the modern day graffiti artist has also been developing new tactics of their own as well. While authorities now have access to anti-vandal materials and cleaning solutions, there are stores online that market tools and products manufactured and produced solely for the activities of the graffiti writer (we'll keep them links to ourselves). — Ain't capitalism just grand?

Guess this is bad news for the local elders of rural communities who want to have access to high speed internet and see big corporate business set up shop in their little rural townships (or small "cities").

Just like any quick fix pill, technology and convenience has side effects. Small towns that want the "great conveniences" of city life better be prepared to deal the same issues as found in the concrete jungles. So now the otherwise ignorant non-urbanites can enjoy the luxury of quick and easy access to the lessons of modern day graffiti tactics. WooHoo!

Can we really blame one person for this situation? To live in a solution, we must be willing to comprimise. There's really no reason to hate over the issue of graffiti. But everyone should become ready to work with the problem rather than against it.

Watch this cool documentary over at this has-beens site (his words) we're sure the graffiti enthusiast will. It introduces you to the mind-set of graffiti artists. You should get some popcorn tho' cuz it's an hour and ten minutes short.

Don't Hate - Go Create!
(maybe legal like tho')
