I'd like to share one of the most profound bits of wisdom I've ever heard and have not forgotten since. A friend of mine once told me "as children they are taught to never say the word "hate". If you say it, you feel it. Those four letters contain so much power it has destroyed nations." She also said, "notice the way the face contorts when the word is spoken"

If this tidbit were taught to all children...imagine

Besides the 'nosewalk' here is another strategy to get rid of haty feelings. You hate to get up early in the morning? Her's what to do. 1: buy a digital alarm clock. 2: set the alarm at 7:07. 3: turn the clock upside down. 4: first thing you see when the alarm gets off ? Have a nice day!
